I am an ACA-accredited counsellor passionate about helping adults and young people navigate anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, relationships and life transitions.

My integrative holistic approach blends techniques like CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy to create personalised care for healing, growth and empowerment. I believe change happens in safe relationships, and I’m here to support you in living a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Frequently asked questions

  • The number of counselling sessions needed varies depending on several factors, including the nature of concern or issues. Typically 3 to 10 sessions for short term counselling such as stress, loss, difficult decision. Medium- term counselling for more complex concerns, such as patterns of anxiety, low self-esteem, or relationship issues and long-term or ongoing counselling for deep-seated issues, such as trauma, chronic depression, or identity exploration.

  • Sessions range from $60 to $120, depending on length, services, and weather it is a single or multiple persons session. I work with clients on a sliding scale model, so please be sure to let me know what you can afford so we can find a price that works for you!

  • We offer home visits to NDIS clients with extra travel charge within Illawarra.

  • Our practice is a safe and welcoming space for everyone, including LGBTQ+ individuals. While we are not specifically trained as an LGBTQ+ specialists, we are committed to providing empathetic, non-judgmental support tailored to your unique needs. If you are seeking expertise on particular challenges, we are happy to collaborate or refer you to specialists if needed, ensuring you receive the best possible care.
