The number of counselling sessions needed varies depending on several factors, including the nature of concern or issues. Typically 3 to 10 sessions for short term counselling such as stress, loss, difficult decision. Medium- term counselling for more complex concerns, such as patterns of anxiety, low self-esteem, or relationship issues and long-term or ongoing counselling for deep-seated issues, such as trauma, chronic depression, or identity exploration.

Sessions range from $60 to $120, depending on length, services, and weather it is a single or multiple persons session. I work with clients on a sliding scale model, so please be sure to let me know what you can afford so we can find a price that works for you!

We offer home visits to NDIS clients with extra travel charge within Illawarra.
